Excepting an additional set of fans above and below the central hobstar, this exact 'relish dish' is shown as C435 in Identifying American Brilliant Cut Glass by Boggess.  It is identified as "Relish Dish in Lilliaceae by Tuthill."  We can find no othe references to the "Lilliaceae" design, however.  The dish is 9 1/8-inches long, 4 1/8-inches wide, stands just under 1-inch tall and is signed Tuthill.  It is an excellent piece that showcases both Tuthill's artistry and craftsmanship.  Enjoy!
