How to Buy
To place an order, you may contact us by phone or email – whichever you prefer. Please have the item number available as that allows us to access our records promptly. Our phone number in Portland, OR (Pacific Time Zone) is 503-246-9930. We are available seven days a week. If you prefer to email your order, we can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include the item numbers (FSGxxxx) with your request.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. Items are shipped the next business day after receipt of money orders or cashier’s checks. We reserve the right to have personal checks cleared before the item is shipped.
Boxes, shipping supplies and packing are included in the cost of any item. The actual shipping and insurance costs vary considerably due to distance and choice of carrier. It is our policy to let these variable costs fall to the purchaser.
All items are well-packed and — except for very small items – are double-boxed for shipping via Priority Mail or FedEx ground. Small items are usually sent Priority Mail. Items are insured and may a signature upon receipt. If you prefer a different shipping method, please let us know.
Any item may be returned if it is found to be other than represented. Your purchase price will be returned to you if the item is shipped to us within three days of receipt and is received in the same condition as when shipped to you.
We also offer lay-away. Our general lay-away terms are 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days and the balance in 60 days. These terms are not ‘set in stone’ and can be adjusted to fit your needs.
